Tällä lomakkeella ilmoittaudut AWS Taitouinnin alkeisryhmään keväälle 2024. IN ENGLISH BELOW!
Alkeisryhmässä opetellaan taitouinnin perusasentoja sekä harjoitellaan perustekniikoita: tutuiksi tulevat mm. osteri, erilaiset scullingit sekä polkutekniikat. Ryhmässä opetellaan myös uintitekniikkaa. Alkeisryhmä valmistaa kauden lopuksi lyhyen esityksen, joka esitetään seuran joulunäytöksessä vanhemmille.
Ryhmän pääsyvaatimuksena on 25m uimataito ja uskallus sukeltaa. Suosittelemme ryhmää 6-12-vuotiaille, mutta vanhemmatkin lajista kiinnostuneet lapset ja nuoret ovat tervetulleita ryhmään.

Harjoitukset alkavat ke 17.1.2024, ja viimeinen kerta on viikolla 20. Hiihtolomalla ja pyhäpäivinä ei ole harjoituksia. Harjoituspaikkana toimii Impivaaran uimahalli (hyppyallas ja 50m allas).
Harjoituksissa on aina ensin lyhyt kuivaosuus, jonka jälkeen noin 1h allasosuus.

Ryhmän kausimaksu: 320€/kevätkausi + seuran jäsenmaksu vuodelle 2024 10€
Ryhmän valmentajat: Laura Haapanen ja Pauliina Palhus
Ryhmän kausimaksun maksaneet saavat seuralta rannekkeen, joilla pääsee uimahalliin sisään. Ranneke on henkilökohtainen ja vain seuratoimintaan osallistumista varten, ei muuhun käyttöön.
Ryhmään voi tulla kokeilemaan kaksi kertaa, mikäli maksaa itse sisäänpääsymaksun uimahalliin. Kokeilukerralle ilmoittautumiset sähköpostitse osoitteeseen

This form is the enrollment form for Beginners group of AWS Taitouinti/AWS Synchro.
Requirements for beginners group: you need to be able to swim 25 meters and dive (not be afraid of being underwater). We recommend the group for 6-12 years old kids, but older kids are also welcome. In the beginners group you will learn basic synchro positions and techniques and also some basic lap swimming technique. At the end of the spring season the group will perform a short performance for the parents at our club's Spring show. After the beginners group, you can continue next season to the Advanced groups (competitive or recreational). Very quickly learning swimmers can be moved to competition groups sooner, if they are very skilled.
Practice:
Practices are on Wednesday at 16.30-18.00, and Saturday at 17.00-18.30 on both practices at Impivaara swimming hall. Practices start Wednesday 17.1.2024 and last practice will be on week 20. No practice on week 8 (school holiday) or other holidays.
At practice we start on a short dryland, and afterwards we have 1h pool practice.
We hold the right to changes in the schedule.
Fee:
320€ for the spring season + 10€ for club membership 2024. The fee will be charged with an email invoice.

After enrolling you will receive the wristband for entry to practice. The wristband is personal, and it can not be used for other entries than practice.
You can come to try out taitouinti/synchro for 2 times. For trying out, you need to buy the single entry wristband from the swimming pool cashier. Please let us know by email
