Please fill out this form to request a replacement Access Card, which is used to access the pool and/or the gates when you are not in your own vehicle. These are the white cards that was taped into the credential envelope.
This form is for replacement cards on your
EXISTING security account in the Brick Landing Gatehouse security tool. This is only to replace Access Cards, the white credit card style card that each household was given at the migration to the new system. If you need vehicle tags, that is a different form and you can find the link to that on the neighborhood website:
www.bricklanding.org There is currently only one Access Card per household. Please do not request a 2nd card - the replacement card is $20. Previous cards will be deactivated when the new card is issued.
