Home School Testing (or) Portfolio Assessment Screening 
I am happy to test/screen your homeschool student. There are a few questions I need to ask of you to make certain I am the best evaluator for your child(ren).

STANDARDIZED TESTING: You will be responsible for purchasing the standardized assessment in advance. Testing can occur in your home (where child is most comfortable) or in my Middleburg home. However, the environment will need to be void of distractions in order to achieve maximum performance. 

PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENTS:  I can do the portfolio review in  your home (where the child is most comfortable), in my Middleburg home, or a public location.  Your child will need to be present as I will ask them to explain select items from their portfolio and answer random questions aligned with benchmark standards. I will complete the Clay County's Homeschool Assessment form and give it to you upon a successful assessment. It is your responsibility to send the form to the CCSD.
