Are following your doctor’s advice if you have a long-term respiratory disease (Asthma or COPD), Long Term Heart Disease (Heart Failure), Long-Term Kidney Disease (Hepatitis or Diabetes).
Will abide by the COVID guidance and comply with the instructions of officials
Will wear a mask at all times when indoors or unable to maintain a 2m distance from others.
