USQ TD Certification Registration
Please use this form to register for US Quidditch Tournament Director certification. All TDs, including those certified in the 2019-20 season, must fill out this form as part of the required steps for TD certification.

Those who were certified in the 2019-20 season are eligible to take the recertification assessment. The assessment link was emailed to TDs on Friday, August 21. TDs from last season may re-certifiy at any time, but the exam must be completed at least one week before your event begins and requires a perfect score of 100% to pass. If you do not pass the assessment, you will have to take the full certification quiz.

Those who are new TDs or those who were not certified in the 2018-19 season must take the full certification exam. You may take the assessment at any time, but it must be completed at least one week before your event begins and requires a score of 80% to pass. If you do not pass the assessment, you must wait a full 24 hours before reattempting the exam.
