Emancipation Avenue Main Street Program Stakeholder Survey
The Emancipation Avenue Main Street Program (EAMS) creates and supports equitable economic development by revitalizing commerce, celebrating African American culture, and promoting creativity on the Emancipation Avenue corridor in Houston’s historic Third Ward community.

We would appreciate hearing from you about your business assistance needs and how the EAMS Program might best be able to support you and perhaps help you to expand your business. We want to preserve and revitalize the community with your needs at the forefront.

We appreciate your time and look forward to your responses. Key findings will be reported to you as soon as they are available. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact Alicia Neal at aneal@emancipationhouston.org
