Wholistic RenewU: A Transformative Experience Retreat in beautiful Ocho Rios, Jamaica, February 25-March 1, 2025 $997.00 (pre-registration instantly qualifies you for a Early Bird Discount for retreat fee, $797.00)

Retreat topics: exploring the intersections between lifetime traumatic experiences (ex, childhood trauma, workplace trauma, etc.) and emotional memory and wounds, their impacts on our personal and professional lives/roles, such as interpersonal relationships, workplace, businesses, sexuality, and our mindset as a whole.

Retreat goal: to provide attendees with an interactive, transformative, empowering, inspiring, wholistic, thought-provoking, mindset-shifting experience while fostering a safe space for attendees to learn realistic, evidenced-based approaches and strategies that can be applied to everyday life.

Hotel room group rates will be available for double occupancy, 2 and 4 maximum occupancy, and rates will vary based on the type of room you select. The resort is a family-friendly resort and attendees may choose to travel and enjoy their resort stay with their families. Children 17 and younger can enjoy the all-inclusive stay and resort amenities for FREE when you book a room for a maximum of 4 occupancy. (room group rates will be available soon) *

The airport to travel to Ocho Rios is Montego Bay, Jamaica. Roundtrip transportation is included in the amenities provided by the resort, Moon Palace Resort, for stays that are book for 4 or more days. Transportation accommodations must be booked and reserved by the attendee, as the retreat host is not responsible for coordinating such accommodations. *

Retreat attendees may choose to book off-site hotel lodging, and are not required to book their stay with Moon Palace to register and attend the retreat, which is considered to be a private function at the hotel. Attendees are responsible for contacting the hotel directly to purchase their Day Pass for each day they are attending the retreat/event, which is subject to hotel availability and hotel occupancy. *
