Vendor Set-up
ALL VENDORS MUST arrive for set-up on Thursday, June 18th between noon-7pm.
Vendors will NOT BE ALLOWED to drive through the concert / camping areas until 10am Monday, June 22nd.
Craft Vendor Fees + Details
BASE NON-FOOD VENDOR FEE $230
Includes:
10'x10' space
1 vendor pass

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
Additional vendor passes (for workers only) +$100 each
Additional 10'x10' space +$100 each
Selling glass +$50
Electricity +$75 (granted at our discretion)
For the weekend 10am-2am.
We supply 110V - contact us if you need 220V.
You're required to bring a 100ft 12 gauge extension cord in safe, useable condition.
Extension cords will not be supplied.
We reserve the right to revoke electricity to any booth with improper cords or equipment without refund.

REQUIREMENTS:
Provide Certificate of Insurance for the event with Ziontific Productions, it's affiliates and employees listed as additional insured.

Food Vendor Fees + Requirements
BASE FOOD VENDOR FEE $700
Includes:
10'x20' space
Potable water
110V electricity (contact us if you require 220V)
4 vendor passes (for workers only)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bring your own drinking water safe hose (minimum of 50ft).
Bring your own 100ft 12 gauge extension cord in safe, useable condition. Extension cords will not be supplied. We reserve the right to revoke electricity to any booth with improper cords and equipment without refund.
Be present on Friday morning for the Health Inspector*.
Obtain MA Food Vendor Permit.
Provide Certificate of Insurance for the event with Ziontific Productions, it's affiliates and employees listed as additional insured.
Propane Permit from Town Fire Marshall (done on-site $15)

*Food vendors neglecting to contact the Health Inspector in advance, and/or failing Health or Fire Inspection will forfeit their ability to vend without refund.

$60 - Does not include your ticket. Must purchase a ticket for entry to the festival separately.
