This email will be used to document your final grade decision for the Spring 19-20 Semester.

You have 2 options for your final grade: Numeric or PC-19.
If you select a numeric grade you will have this course counted towards your High School GPA.
If you select PC-19 you will receive credit for the course but points will not be applied to GPA.
Consider how your decision may impact your GPA and choose the best option for you. If you need to make choices for multiple classes, you will need to fill out the form for EACH class.
An email will be sent to the PARENT EMAIL address provided once the grade change is made.
