Our consultation call is designed to help us understand what type of coaching you’d benefit from most and to make sure you feel comfortable moving forward in a coaching relationship with Hollywood Resumes. There are a few things you should know about working with us:

1. First and foremost, our role is to help you connect to your inner wisdom and take action to create the life you really want -- you are responsible for your own decisions and are the expert in your own life.

2. It’s important that we have honest conversations and that you feel comfortable sharing personal details with us -- to that end, everything we discuss is 100% confidential and non-judgmental. From time to time, we may share information from our own lives when it may help you - we ask that you respect our confidentiality as well.

3. Coaching is not counseling or therapy. We will be walking you through exercises and strategies to help you figure out what you want and how to get there. We are not certified therapists.

4. Our goal is to help you set, clarify, and maintain focus on your goals, hold you accountable for any goals or actions you set, encourage, support, and challenge you to believe in yourself and recognize where you’re holding yourself back.
