Thank you for applying to be part of the Breakout 2023 Board Game Mentorship Program!

This application will allow us to get some information on you, your game, and what you're bringing to the table. The program runners will review these applications and select the mentees.

Be clear, honest, and creative with your responses. We can't wait to connect with you about your game!

The mentorship offers the following to selected designers:
- A two hour session with an industry professional selected from this year's mentors to best match your game's style and design. This session will include:
  - At least one hour to playtest your game with your mentor
  - A detailed feedback session
  - If your game can support more players, signage indicating that a playtest is in progress, and players are welcome at the table (get that elevator pitch ready!)

If you are chosen for this mentorship, you will be expected to attend Breakout 2022. You will need to purchase a badge, either Friday or a Weekend pass, before the Mentorship Program. The Program is from 7 pm - 10:15 pm on Friday, March 17th at the convention. You will select your preference of start time below.

Breakout is here to support you on this journey. We want to help new designers, especially those from marginalized communities, take their first steps into the tabletop industry. You are good enough and your voice is important. We appreciate filling out an application can feel intimidating, but know that you are worth it. Your game is worth it!
