MINNESOTA STATE HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE STUDENT TRANSFER FORM
All transfer students must complete and submit this form to the Cooper Activities office. The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) has strict guidelines on how to determine varsity eligibility for transfer students. A transfer student is any student who is entering into a new school after the start of their 9th grade year, and participating in athletics. MSHSL allows a 15-day trial period (from the first day of attendance in fall sport before school or the first school day in attendance) at the new school you are transferring to, before deciding if you would like to stay and participate there or continue participation at your previous school.
