To participate in Stage 1 / Ella, Inc. Social Impact Workshop, the applicant must:

• Be between 16 and 19 years of age. (by June 2024)

• Dominate English (minimum ESOL level 2)

• Have participated in at least 15 community-based social impact project service hours prior to participating.

• If selected, and if the Top 3 Pitch Competition Finalist, wishes to advance to Stage 2 / Ella, Inc. Camp in Miami, the participant will be responsible for paying all round trip travel expenses to/from Miami, FL—USA
