KiwiJam 2020 Wellington Registration and Attendance Agreement
Welcome to KiwiJam 2020!! Join us for 48 hours of game making amusement. We are excited to return to Yoobee School of Design once again.

The jam is happening between Friday July 17th and Sunday 19th at Yoobee School of Design in Wellington.

Please complete this form as it needs to be completely filled out before you can jam with us. There are some limitations with this venue so please make sure you've read all of the notes for this year before signing. You should get a confirmation email at the end with some helpful info. If you don't receive a conformation, something went squirrely.

Notes for This Year
Registration for all will be free, however this means we won’t be providing pizza or snacks, nor will we have a fridge to store food. Please plan accordingly!

We are keeping the tradition of having a "sleep break" between 1am and 8am during the two nights of the Jam. This means we'll ask everyone to head home to get some rest which allows our organisers to be functional humans!

Be prepared for the return of the dongle! We aren't able to LAN so please make sure your computer is wifi-able. Please  also bring an extension cable and your own power box just in case power outlet access is difficult.

The doors will open at 5.30pm on Friday, the 17th of July and there is a schedule link in your confirmation email.

Closer to the jam, you will receive an email with useful details, a schedule of events, and helpful links to get you ready for the jam. During the jam we'll keep you up to date using the Kiwijam Discord server (If you don't already have a Discord account you can create one here (it's free) https://discord.com/new).
