In the summer of 2020, we used the following form to fulfill orders. It is no longer being check regularly, please email if you would like to request a quote:

You can order one directly from nLabs in the meantime. Please fill out your name, email address, and phone number, and I will send you an invoice via Square. Please also provide your shipping address and I will include the exact shipping amount in the invoice. Packages will ship from Chicago via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery for about $10 depending on your distance from Chicago.
