Booth Information
There are 4 levels of booths. Each booth price is based on the location and exposure to customers.

Each VENDOR (not booth space) will receive power, premium WiFi access, an 8' table dressed with linens, 2 chairs, trash can, 4 general admissions tickets for each day of the event for you and your staff, and 10% commission of ticket sales when your vendor code is used during ticket check out. All booths will have pipe and drape. Booths in the Platinum Hall and Diamond Hall will have 4' pipe and drape dividing walls. Booths in the Main Hall will have 8' pipe and drape dividing walls.

If you need more than the one 8' table that comes with your vendor space, the additional cost is $15 for an undressed table and $35 for a dressed table. If you need more than one power drop, you may request them at $15 per additional drop. Please note in the Notes section how many additional tables and power drops you would like and if you would like dressed or undressed tabels. There is no extra charge for more chairs.  

If you will use a heat press in your booth, your booth options are limited to location of wall plugs so you are not using extension cords to power your heat press.

There will be a $50 discount off each additional booth purchased.

Pricing and sizing for booths are as follows:

Silver 10' x 10' floor space in Exhibitor Hall $600
Gold 10' x 10' floor space in Exhibitor Hall $650
Platinum 10' x 10' floor space in Main Hall $800
Diamond 12' x 8' floor space in West Hall $850
