Please use this form to register your dog for the puppy parade by 10/27! While we love all of our furry friends, please only bring your pup if you believe they can safely socialize well with others. Keeping everybody safe is a priority. Your dog must be on a leash at all times and we ask that you pick up your pets waste. We will follow up with you over email to provide further instructions for parking and event day details. Everyone who participates and brings their pets to the parade does so knowing that The Lisa Rector Team and Keller Williams Realty: The Real Estate Center of Illinois will not be responsible for any incidents or accidents (fighting, biting, etc). All participants will be required to sign a liability in order to participate.
