By submitting this form and a piece into the Lego Design Challenge, entrants and their parents/guardians agree to these official rules and regulation and the decisions of the judges.                                                                                                                                    All participants and/or their legal guardians agree to release the MUT of all liability that could result from participating in the contest, attending an event or the awarding of contest prizes. The contest and all participants may be photographed.  By submitting an entry into this contest, entrants and their parents/guardians hereby give permission to MUT to use any photograph/video of the entrants's submitted model for any promotional use.                                                                          Marysville Uptown Theatre is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries, as well as any entries not retrieve at the end of the exhibit.
