9th Grade MM/ED Programming Form
WELCOME TO MILLIKAN HIGH SCHOOL!!!!  Special Day 9th graders will be scheduled for 7-8 classes based on their IEPs and the completion of this form.  Use this form to provide your input as to the specific classes you would like to take for the 2021-22 school year.  Keeping in mind graduation requirements, 9th graders at Millikan will take classes in the following areas:

1. English
2. Math
3. Biology
4. PE/Sport/Band/Dance - for PE credit
5, Literacy Support
6. Health
7. Visual or Performing Art elective
8. Pre Algebra Development  or elective of your choosing

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this form, you understand that your requests play a significant role in determining Millikan's 2021-22 master schedule including staffing, courses offered and the number of sections of each course offered.  You are committing to these courses for the entire 2021-22 school year.  Please put careful thought into your decisions and discuss them with your parent and/or guardian.  Requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
