Session Information:
* All training sessions must be pre-paid prior to being scheduled.

* Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to start of session to stretch/warm up in order to allow session to be focused on attaining your fitness goals.

* Clients will be responsible for signing-in to the training log prior to or after the session is completed.

Late Policy:
* Client is responsible for notifying trainer if he/she will be late. If 10 minutes late training session will be reduced. If 15 minutes (or more), this can result in a "charged session". Late notices can be sent via text/call, as well as email.
Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations should be received 12 hours prior to start of session. Notices can be sent via call/text, as well as email. Cancellation notices sent later than 12 hours prior to scheduled session may result in a "charged session".
No Call/No Show
* No Call/No Show of scheduled training session will result in a "charged session".
Session Expiration:
* Training sessions must be completed within 3 month of purchase date.
Refund Policy:
* Training sessions are NON - REFUNDABLE.
Transfers:
* Training sessions are NON - TRANSFERABLE.
