By signing this electronic document, I give my consent to Active Rainbow organization to record, store, and process personal information about me for the purpose of the selection and organisational matters connected to my participation in the Co-Creating Communities activities, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act [GDPR] and the guidelines from the Erasmus+ programme. Further, I agree to receive emails connected to my participation in the project activities.
