  • If you are taking MTC classes as part of a formal training program (like one offered through an LCMS district or RSO, for example), this is a separate enrollment form from the one which that program may require.
  • There is a one-time $30 enrollment fee which may be paid by check or online via our website. (For assistance with the payment process, see How to Pay for MTC Classes.)
