Calvary on 8th : Community Groups
We are gathering Community Groups at Calvary as a way of "Choosing Community" within our church! These are intended to be monthly gatherings (unless otherwise decided by individual groups) of 7-10 adults that consist of:
- gathering around a table for a meal together
- sharing about our lives with one another and offering prayer

There will be other church events offered each month for the whole congregation that will be recommended opportunities for the community groups to attend together (such as the Annual Chili Cookoff, Evenings of Storytelling, Lunch on the Lawn, Adult Learning Hour, etc.). The hope is that the community group will be together either officially or unofficially twice a month.

After the groups have met for 4-6 months, there will be an opportunity to either recommit to the group or to step back from the group depending on your and/or your family's needs/desires.
