Vendor Application

Alumnae Reunion Weekend
Saturday, May 18, 2024  -- 12 p.m. until 4 p.m.

The Alumnae Market will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Cate Student Center during Alumnae Reunion Weekend. Selected Vendors will be highlighted in the reunion weekend program.

The cost to be a vendor in the Alumnae Market is $25. If your application is accepted, payment should be delivered to the Alumnae Office by Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Space is limited to 20 vendors. All vendors will have two 8’ tables with table linens.

Vendors may submit handouts, coupons, flyers, etc. to be included in all of the reunion weekend packets. For planning purposes, there will be an estimated 500 attendees for the weekend. Those must be submitted pre-printed and can either be mailed or hand-delivered to the Alumnae House.

Merchandise to be Sold
Please be specific in listing all items you intend to sell, i.e., children’s clothes, painted glassware, stationary, jewelry. This ensures that we are able to provide a variety of vendors for alumnae and that we do not duplicate vendor merchandise.
