Schools Closing - Announcement from Boris Johnson
We are continuing to process the information that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced regarding key workers.

He has announced that as of the end of the school day on Friday, schools will be closed until further notice except for the people that fall into the categories they have specified (please see link below)

Please note you will be asked to provide evidence of your current employment.

It is critical for us to emphasise that, even though school would be open for children who fit in to any of these categories, we would still need you as a family to self isolate for 14 days if anyone in your family has a temperature (37.8 or higher) OR a new or continuous cough.

This situation also relies on school having sufficient staff, who are not self isolating themselves, to be able to come into school to supervise children.
