Buckalew Choir is available for ALL 4th graders at Buckalew Elementary interested in being in Choir! No audition is necessary. Our hope is to be able to start choir in January given that the district has moved down to an Emergency Level 3. This sign up form is going out now so that when we are ready to start choir, Mrs. Ramirez can send out information to those signed up quickly. She will be out on Maternity Leave from September 27 until students return on January 5th.

Choir is held on Tuesdays from 3:05-4:05 unless otherwise noted. An exact start date will be emailed to the parent email given on this form when it is decided.

There is a fee (more information on 2nd page of this form), but it will not be collected until we know when choir will start. Please stay tuned.

Forms will be accepted until the third rehearsal. After that date, no late forms or students will be accepted. If this form is not received prior to 3:05 on the day of the third rehearsal, your student will not be permitted to stay for rehearsal. Please complete both pages of the form today (click on "next" for the 2nd page) in order to attend the first rehearsal.
