Pilot After School Program at Mountain School Application
Please fill out a SEPARATE FORM for each child enrolling in the pilot ASP.

You will be notified of participation by phone and email.

Our schedule will be Monday-Thursday. Monday will be from 1:30-5:30. Tuesday-Thursday will be from 3:10-5:30.

3:45-4:15 PE/Art

We will start our ASP on Tuesday, February 22nd. We will have high expectations of our students on their behavior and attendance. More to come on those topics.
