2022 WFTDA "Back on Track" Individuals Interest Form
This form is for individuals (Officials, photographers, announcers, medical, support staff, etc.) interested in participating in one of the WFTDA "Back on Track" derby celebration events. WFTDA will publish hosts for events monthly, and will notify interested individuals of host announcements (including applications to officiate or announce) based on the information you provide in this form. There is no obligation to volunteer at any event by completing this form.
