Income Tax Clinic Screening Pre-Booking Form (Extended Season: May-August 2021)
The tax deadline is April 30, 2021. If you are filing after the date, your taxes will be considered late. However, filing your taxes late when you have earned a refund or don't owe any further tax will not result in any fees or penalties.

Please answer the questions below to determine your eligibility for the income tax clinic. Due to COVID19, it is a drop-off only, no contact service. If you qualify, a drop off appointment time will be booked and a confirmation will be emailed to you from SignUp.com. Please note that this may take 3-10 days.
