The Karate BC Zone Grants are targeted towards helping our Karate BC Zones to offset capital costs of purchasing equipment, developing projects or programs, etc, that could be used by the zone into the future.  

Karate BC will award up to four successful zone applicants an amount up to $1,000 for equipment, projects, or programs that they plan to invest in within this current membership year.

Each Grant application must provide the following:
- Detailed description of what the funds would be used for
- High level budget showing where and how the funds would be used

Once approved, the Grant recipients will receive the determined Grant funds from Karate BC, and the zones will then have up to one year from receiving the grant funds to provide Karate BC with confirmation of the funds usage as per the application.

Currently, after successfully receiving a Zone Grant, zones will be able to apply for another Zone Grant in the second year after their successful application.
