Terrific Tuesdays 2021-2022  Registration
We are excited for in-person Terrific Tuesday this fall! We will have in-person rehearsals Tuesday evening and will sing, dance, or ring in 10am Sunday in-person worship approximately once every 6-8 weeks. There will be no at home recording this year. Masks are strongly recommended indoors regardless of vaccination status.  Masks are optional for outdoor rehearsals.

Little Angels 5:00pm- (Dance group for ages 5-5th grade)
Cherub Choir 5:30pm Outdoors*- (An active singing group for ages 3-1st grade, parents stay with children)
Lyric Choir 5:30pm Outdoors*- (A singing group for ages 1st-5th grade)
Festive Ringers 6:00pm- (An introductory bell ringing group for ages 4th grade+. 3rd graders with music reading ability welcome)
Jubilation Ringers 6:30pm (An intermediate bell ringing group for ages 7th grade+)

*Please note that Cherub Choir and Lyric Choir are planned to be outdoors for September and October.  They will be cancelled in the event of weather.

I hereby release Bridgewater United Methodist Church, its employees, agents and volunteers from responsibility and liability for any illness or injury that the above named child may sustain during any activity.

Medical Release
In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize an adult leader of the activity, as an agent for me to consent to any x-ray examination; medical, dental, anesthetic, or surgical diagnosis; treatment; and hospital care advised and supervised by a licensed physician, surgeon or dentist (as appropriate) licensed to practice under the laws of the state where the services are to be rendered, either at the physician’s office or in a hospital. I understand the activity director will endeavor to reach us should the nature of the injury or illness warrant it. However, we will not hold any of the activity personnel responsible if efforts to contact me (us) are unsuccessful. I further promise to hold harmless Bridgewater United Methodist Church and/or its employees, agents and volunteers from any and all expense incurred pursuant to this authorization in obtaining medical treatment and/or transfer, including but not limited to: ambulance expense, cost of paramedics, hospital expense and/or physician charges.
