How does Jesus feel about his friends? What does Jesus promise us when we face death? *

Jesus wants his friends to believe in him and is glad when they do. He promises that people who believe in him will share eternal life with him.

Jesus has a hard time keeping friends. You see, his demands are too much. He wants his friends to be good all the time. As for me, I don't want to be good all the time.

This story reminds us of the central truths of Christianity--that Jesus died and rose again, and that we will be raised by Jesus to live eternally with God in Heaven.

Christians risk being rejected, ridiculed, and discriminated against for their faith. Christians in some countries face being harmed simply because they are Christian.

It is risky to be a Christian because then we are always expected to be good. I said it before, I'm simply not interested in being charitable. If one wants to get ahead in life, then one will have to do whatever it takes to get there...even if we do lose our soul in the process.
