Launch of The Leaves 2025 followed by the English Society Annual Dinner 2025

You are invited to The Heong Gallery from 17:30 on Thursday 1 May for the launch of The Leaves 2025. Drinks will be served and a selection of this year’s prose and poetry contributors will read from their submissions. 

The Downing College Creative Arts Strategy will also be launched by the Master and there will be offerings from all the other creative arts in College: both a theatrical and musical performance and the announcement of the Twining Egginton Art Prize 2025 winner.

At 19:30 you are invited to join members of The English Society for dinner in the Hall and afterwards to the SCR for drinks. 

Tickets £54.95/£44.95 with/without wine per person

Please note: 
This event is for current and old members of the English Society and alumni who studied English at Downing. You are welcome to bring a guest.
