We invite you to submit a vendor application for the Douglas County Fair Vendor Show. This year, the fair will be held at Sycamore Farms in Waterloo, NE. Each vendor will receive 10'x10' or larger booth space. No water is available at your booth, and each booth will have access to limited electricity. One booth costs $200 for the three day event. The booths will be available:
1pm-7pm on Friday, July 16, 2021
9am-7pm on Saturday, July 17, 2021
9am-4pm on Sunday, July 18, 2021
Vendors will be notified within one week of application submission. Vendors must sign our vendor contract and submit $200 payment upon application approval. No payment is due at the time of application.
We encourage non-profit organizations to submit an application as we have several free spaces available for non-profit groups at the fair.
