By submitting this form, I have read and understand the volunteer information and rules:
1.  Volunteers are needed for 4+ hour shifts throughout the week of the Fair (Monday, August 14 - Sunday, August 20, 2023)

2.  We accept volunteers of all ages. Anyone age 13 or younger must have a parent/guardian on site during their shift.

3.  All volunteers must complete the Volunteer Interest Form and participate in the volunteer training by Monday, August 7, 2023 in order to volunteer at the Fair. Volunteers will not be accepted on-site.

4.  Submitting the Volunteer Interest Form does not sign you up for specific shifts or tasks. Shifts will be assigned upon completion of the volunteer training.

5.  Following the Fair, we will send out letters to all volunteers confirming hours served. In order for us to confirm your hours, you must sign in and out for each shift at the Information Desk at the Fair. If volunteers require a signature on a separate form, those must be given to the volunteer coordinators during the Fair and cannot be signed following the Fair.

6.  We accept court-ordered volunteers on a case-by-case basis. We can only accept volunteers with non-violent and non-larceny offenses and reserve the right to not to accept a volunteer regardless of the offense.

7.  Volunteers must adhere to a Code of Conduct, which will be shared during shift selection. Violations of this code or any inappropriate actions will result in immediate dismissal of the volunteer from his/her shift and he/she will not be permitted to volunteer for the Fair in the future.
