To schedule your site visit:

1) Fill out your contact information.

2) Find your zone on the map on the next page. Your appointment will be scheduled by location zone, each zone has a two week time frame.

3) Choose 3 options for a time and date that works best for your team based on your location zone.
Typical availability each week is Tuesday-Thursday
Tuesday 9:00am to 7:30; Wednesday/Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm

4) We will respond via email to confirm your appointment and send you a calendar invite.  

*Please keep in mind that site visits from the The Giving Grove staff are reserved for registered community orchards of KCCG. Backyard growers and non-Giving Grove members do not apply. For Schoolyard Gardens and Community Partner Garden members, this is a visit to your fruits, nuts, and berries only.
