Becoming a mentor - UNIVET SAM-buddy mentor application
Welcome to the UNIVET peer-buddy program. We hope that you have read about the basic characteristics of the program and you are ready to take part in this exciting opportunity. If you'd like to become a mentor, you need to fill in this form, and answer all questions so we learn more about your preferences. All information given is handled confidentially and received by the Coordinating Office of the Peer-buddy Mentoring Program. To complete this application and questionnaire requires approximately 15 minutes of your time.
