1. Adult Cosplay Competition (“the Contest”) will be held on 6 July 2019 (Sat) or such other period as the Management Team of Gemini Event (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”).
2. The Contest is open to citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia, aged 13 years and above (“Eligible Participants”).
3. Contestant are allowed to join as Solo or Group with the maximum of 5 persons.
4. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
a) Please email the duly completed contest entry form to geminievent888@gmail.com by 3 July 2019 (Wednesday), 11.59pm.
b) Participants with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
c) All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
e) The Eligible participants are required to perform in a Cosplay themed of skid or dance or singing with a time limit of maximum 5 minutes.
f) The Eligible participants shall be judged 100% based on: Character (40%), Costume (30%), Performance (30%).
g) In the event any of the Eligible participants are late for more than ten (10) minutes after the Contest starts. the Eligible Group may be disqualified by the Management.
h) All costumes, props and make-up shall be prepared by contestants.
i) Religious, political, racial content with vulgar words is strictly not allowed.
j) Wet props, dangerous weapons and physical exposure is not allowed for the Contest.
k) Contestants may supply music to be played during their performance. Music must be submitted at through the official e-mail or google drive, and must be in MP3 format latest by 5 July 2019 (Friday).
l) The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final and conclusive.
m) In case of any doubt, the decision made by the Management shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the Eligible Participants.

Terms and Conditions of the Prizes
1. Eligible Participant shall be eligible for one (1) prize only.
2. All prizes are presented to the winners on an “as is” basis and the Management shall not be responsible howsoever for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes.
3. All Eligible Participants are to collect their respective prizes on 06 July 2019 (Sat) after the Contest’s prize giving ceremony. Any uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
4. The prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in any leaflets, posters or other promotional materials and the Management reserves the right to change the colour of the prizes.
5. The Management reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with another item of similar value without prior notice to the winners.
6. All prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
7. All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that are/may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
2. The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the winners in any media/publication whatsoever.
3. The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
4. The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Contest at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
5. By participating in the Contest, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
6. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Contest.
