PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project aims to foster a healthy lifestyle attitude through physical activities and nutrition and other sustainable principles.
Yes! We will cook, learn, do sports and physical activities.

Project‘s topic: OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, INTERCULTURAL LEARNING
 
Project‘s objectives:  
1. Raising awareness for 35 young people about the effects of unhealthy eating, the benefits of healthy eating and sport.
2. Developing knowledge about what a healthy lifestyle is and how habits can be adopted by 35 young people.
3. Promote healthy lifestyle principles and raise awareness among young people.

Profile of participants:
- 18-27 years old
- positive attitude and motivation
- creative thinking
- able to communicate in English and eager to disseminate project results

Profile of group leaders:
- aged +18
- able to prepare, monitor and take care of the group throughout the whole project
- able to communicate in English
- with previous experience as a group leader

CONDITIONS:
Please read carefully the following conditions that will apply as you send your application and in case you are accepted to participate in the Youth Exchange.
1. I commit myself to actively participate during the whole duration of the project dates, including:
• to take part in the full duration of the course
• to participate in the whole evaluation process
• to send feedback text and photographs/ audiovisual material to DreamTeam
2. I am aware that obtaining a health and a full travel insurance are my own responsibility and at my own expenses. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.
3.    I will follow the new Covid19 Regulations in order to enter the country as they are defined by the Governments of the two countries and the EU Regulations for safe travelling.
4. It is my own responsibility to hold an EU Digital COVID Certificate. DreamTeam can offer guidance to issue the Certificate: https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/coronavirus-response/safe-covid-19-vaccines-europeans/eu-digital-covid-certificate_en
5. If I cancel my participation, I abide myself to inform about it immediately so DreamTeam can find a suitable replacement.
