Submit a motion for the AGM
Use this form if you wish to submit a motion to the Green Party Trade Union Group's 2021 AGM, which takes place on Saturday 11th December at 4pm, via Zoom.

Please read the following to make sure you've submitted your motion correctly:

1.You'll need to be a Trade Union Group member to submit a motion and attend the AGM. All members of the Green Party of England and Wales may join the Trade Union Group. If you haven't joined yet, do so here: https://gptu.greenparty.org.uk/join/

2. You'll need to give the name of a co-sponsor for your motion, who must also be a Trade Union Group member. Make sure you have a co-sponsor and you have permission to share their details before you submit this form. Only the proposer needs to submit this form, the co-proposer does not.

3. Make sure your motion is clear, precise, and not vague. If your motion seeks to amend our Constitution, it must specify exactly what changes it requires; otherwise it would not be admissible. Our constitution can be found on our website: https://gptu.greenparty.org.uk

4. The deadline for submitting your motion is 11.59pm on Thursday 2nd November 2021. Motions will be sent out to those registered for the AGM as soon as possible thereafter.
