*please note - you must have completed Level I or II at MSU or any other AOSA approved course in order to take Levels II or III -  LEVEL 1 CANCELLED

Thank you to area businesses for sponsoring our course. Their generosity allows the early bird fee to be ONLY $550.   **please note that the price includes printed notes and a t-shirt.
You have two choices to pay:
1. All at once - DUE 5/15/2024 - Check or CC
2. Three payments of $100 and one payment of $250 (February, March, April, May) - Check or CC
*If you choose four monthly payments, you will receive a separate google form contract. 
Please note - Refunds will ONLY be issued if you cancel BEFORE May 15, 2024. Emergency situations after May 16, 2024 will be considered for a refund.
ALL payments, regardless, need to be paid on or before May 15, 2024.

I am interested in paying an additional $200 for Professional Development Continuing Education Credit through Minot State University. If yes - you will receive a link to the website to register. *This is a separate fee from the course and will be paid separately to the university. *
I am intersted in housing for the two weeks. If yes - you will receive a link to view on-campus housing or local hotels and rates. *
