2023 ATV Entry Form

  1. Participants must be 16 years of age or older.  

  2. Helmets must be worn at all times

  3. Open to all ATVs and side-by-sides

  4. Entry fee is $15.00 per bike, per event.  Day passes must be redeemed the day of the event or you will be required to pay the admission fee to gain access to the grounds.

  5. Proof of Insurance must be provided to the Exhibition Office at the time of registration. If it can not, insurance must be purchased, at the time of registration, from the Exhibition Office for $5.00 per person.

  6. Participants must be on grounds and registered one hour before event 

  7. Any indication of alcohol calls for automatic disqualification and removal from Exhibition grounds

  8. Participant order will be drawn before event starts

  9. In Blind Bandit, the driver is blindfolded and the passenger has to help them navigate through an obstacle course to collect flags. After one run, the driver and passenger switch places and run it again. The best combined time wins.

  10. Bikes shall be shut off when not competing

  11. Brakes, frame, and bike must be solid mechanically

  12. Prizes for both events

  13. The decision of the judge and committee is final

  14. The committee reserves the right to limit the field

Entry fees can be sent as an EMT to westernnsexhibition@gmail.com (it is setup to automatically deposit, no question required) or paid upon arrival.  Please indicate which method you are going to use.
