SEEK23 - CM Financial Assistance Application (Deadline: 11/15/22)

Notre Dame Campus Ministry hopes to offer a limited number of financial assistance grants to students in need, to help offset the cost of registration for SEEK23. In the past, these grants have been in the neighborhood of $100-200, and we hope to have more information about the final amount and number of grants available by early November. To apply for one of these grants, please do the following:

1. Please register for SEEK23 via the SEEK23 website (https://seek.focus.org/). To take advantage of this potential grant, we encourage you to pay only the required minimum down payment when you register.

2. Follow the other registration prompts via the SEEK23 website, including providing payment information.

3. Complete and submit this application. The grant application deadline is Tuesday, November 15. You will be notified by Thanksgiving if you have been awarded one of these grants, and will then be provided with a code to apply to your SEEK23 account. Grants are available to Notre Dame, Saint Mary's, and Holy Cross students.

Students who apply for financial assistance for SEEK23 through Notre Dame Campus Ministry are ultimately responsible for registering through the SEEK23 website (https://seek.focus.org/), paying the cost of registration, booking and paying the cost of lodging, and any incidental expenses related to attending the conference, and coordinating transportation to and from St. Louis, which is undertaken at your own risk. If you receive a Campus Ministry financial assistance grant, you will be provided with a code that you will need to apply to your remaining balance via the SEEK23 website, in order to receive the benefit from this grant. *
