EFC General Assembly 2022 - registration form
This year's General Assembly will take place in a virtual meeting on the 10 of June at 15:00-16:30 CEST, during the EFC IX European Congress.

We would be grateful if you could tell us who will be representing your national society during the General Assembly via this form. Attendance to the General Assembly does not require conference registration or a fee, but a daily or full conference registration would be required if you wish to attend the Congress.

Please note that you will receive the final and official documentation to attend the General Assembly in the beginning of May.
