CORE Workshop/Project Application
PLEASE READ the following before filling out.

Thank you for your interest in leading a workshop or project for CORE

In order to lead a workshop/project for any programs we need to conduct a DHS background check. Convictions do not necessarily mean you are disqualified. If selected please let us know ahead of time and we will see if the conviction is something we can work with. Typically, domestic violence, child abuse, any sex crimes,  and assaults are disqualifiers

In addition to this form we also need to meet with you via google meets to make sure we are a good fit for
you and you are a good fit for our program.

Please be as detailed as possible when filling out the application.

We are specifically looking to contract with folks who are from the communities we serve. Young people need representation in community.  CORE although located in Eugene has a high percentage of folks we work with who are BIPOC, unhoused, formerly incarcerated, DHS involved and/or LGBTQIA+

Please fill out this form and we will email you when there are open positions. Most of the time we have a
waitlist and we have a limited amount of project spots.

If you need an accommodation to filling out this form, please email us at info@coreeugene.org
