Goldenrod Community Garden (GCG) membership committee has filled all of the plots for the 2023 season. We are excited to now look ahead to the 2024 Gardening Season. If you live in Kitchissippi currently do not have a plot*, and are interested in a garden plot for next year, we would invite you to sign up now.
If you are interested in a plot, here are some details.
> The plots are 4 feet by 8 feet, cost was $60/year for 2023. Sliding-scale plots are available.
> The garden has no pressurized water system or hoses; water needs to be carried up to 50 feet from a central water tank to your garden bed

http://goldenrodgarden.org Completing this survey places you on the waiting list for a plot at GCG. For 2024, plots will be offered to people on the waiting list in order of sign-up date. We expect to send out further information to everyone on the list in late March, with plot offers starting in April.
New for 2024: GCG is expecting to take on a second temporary site at Parkdale-Bullman - we expect this site to operate for 2-5 years before Richcraft are ready to build on the site. When you sign up on the waiting list, you will have the opportunity to identify which site(s) you are interested in.
* Please note that existing plot members do not need to sign up for 2024, nor do people who responded to an offer for a plot in 2023 to turn it down and request to remain on the waiting list for 2024. If you did not respond to a plot offer for 2023 you will have been removed from the waiting list and need to sign up again.
