DFT Trunk or Treat Sign up Form!
Don't be scared, join in the fun!!  The annual DFT Trunk or Treat is one of the most favorite events hosted at DFT!  Please sign up below if you would like to participate by decorating a trunk. Extended family, community members, ect are welcome to participate.  The event date is Friday, October 27th from 6p-8p. Questions - email info@dftpta.org

I would like to decorate a trunk for this event!  Please note, you will need to provide your own treat to hand out, we expect 1000+  trunk or treaters to come through this event!
