Parent Participation
Dear Parents:
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our parent participation positions will need to be modified and/or replaced with a different temporary position. We are asking you to complete the following survey for us to place you in a suitable position.  You will revert to your original position once the restrictions are lifted.  We remind you that our school relies on parent participation to cover operating costs.

Option 1:Morning shift (Drop Off): 8:10a.m. to 9:10 a.m.Duties include: From 8:10-8:30 picking up all unsafe items and garbage from school yard.  8:30-9:10 you will be directing traffic through the drop off zones.  The focus is making sure children are dropped off in a safe manner.  Setting up and taking down pylons.  Details of drop off zone areas and placing pylons will be discussed with Mr. Balletta. Please check all days available. *

Option 2- Afterschool shift (Pick up): 2:20p.m. to 3:15p.m. Duties include: Directing traffic into pick up zones and making sure children are picked up in a safe manner.  Setting up and taking down pylons. Please check all days available *

Option 3-  Classroom MaintenanceDuties include: Assisting teachers with general tasks of any classroom maintenance including building furniture and painting, and other tasks teachers may request.  Hours:  After school, evenings or weekends. *

Position No. 4- Parish MaintenanceDuties include:  Assisting with gardening, snow removal, and general maintenance around parish and school yard as needed.Hours:  After school, evenings or weekends   *

Position No. 5- Community FundraisingDuties include: Raising donation items (value of $500.00) to be used for future fundraising events.  Details to be discussed. *

Position No. 5 RecyclingDuties include: Picking up all recycling items and taking them to depot.  Details will be discussed.Hours:  Once a week on Fridays, after school only. *
