RETAIL SERVICES ASSOCIATE DESCRIPTION
The retail services associates will be under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, but are expected to work under their own initiative.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Serves customers courteously and efficiently ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times. Operates point of sale system and maintains cash till.
- Keeps the bar area tidy, clean and clutter free at all times.
- Monitors stock in the refrigerators and shelves and replenishes as directed.
- Monitors paper and products (cups, napkins) and replenishes as needed.
- Cleans tables inside and outside between guests.
- Waters plants and plant containers as directed.
- Keeps store clean and stocked with paper products.
- Monitors outside seating area for litter and trash.
- Other duties as directed by the Manager
Skills Required:
- Computer and Digital POS system operation (we will train you on our system)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be 18 years of age
Required Forms and Training:
- Must complete the NC RASP training (This takes about 30 minutes and includes a short multiple choice test for certification.)
- Must fill out an IRS W-9 form
- Must read and sign the Employee Handbook
- Must sign the part-time work agreement
All Employees Are Expected to:
- Have reliable transportation
- Give the manager 24 hrs notice if you must miss a scheduled shift
