Please use this form to sign up for sessions at the Incubator Café, which runs between 5th-16th July 2020.

You can sign up to as many sessions as you like - one you have signed up, we will send you a calendar invitation with a Teams links. When a slot is filled, we will remove it from the Google Form. If you are signed up to a session and are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can redistribute your spot.

Each of the advertised 90-minute slots includes two 40 minute sessions. this is to ensure that as many colleagues can engage with the Café as possible.

As an example, if you choose Caitlin Kight's Academic Development Workshop in the 13:00 - 14:30 on Monday 5th July, we will invite you to either the session starting at 13:00 or the one starting at 13:45.

We are limiting the numbers in each session to eight, so that all attendees can participate in the discussion. Each session will begin with a brief introduction by the project and invitation for all participants to briefly introduce themselves. The majority of the session is for conversation.

We will send you the joining instructions for the Café after you sign up, and have released the Incubator catalogue of projects on our website (https://bit.ly/2SVLY8c).

Please also ensure that you read the joining instructions as they will help the session run smoothly, and support you to get the best experience from each session you attend.
